📜 TERMS & CONDITIONS — TRATANTE®

This document sets the ground rules between you (the bold customer) and us (TRATANTE® — the wild bunch behind these T-shirts and more). By browsing our site or making a purchase, you're agreeing to these terms. Give it a read — we promise it won’t be a snoozefest.

1. 🧢 Who are we?

TRATANTE® is a registered brand, proudly based in Braga (Portugal) — founded by three friends who decided to slap some creativity into the national wardrobe.

2. 🛍️ Products & Orders

We sell clothing and other goodies with original design, premium quality, and loads of personality. Our online store is always evolving — so keep your eyes peeled for fresh drops!
Product photos are as true to life as possible, but slight colour variations might happen (thanks, lighting and screen differences).

When you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email. It's only officially accepted once it's processed.
We may reject orders in case of stock errors, payment issues, or suspicion of fraud.

3. 💳 Payments

We accept payments via:

Credit/Debit Card
MB Way
Multibanco Reference
PayPal (when available)

All payments are securely processed and encrypted. We don’t store your card details.

4. 📦 Shipping

We ship to Portugal and several European countries (and beyond, very soon).
Orders are usually dispatched within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

You’ll get an email with your tracking info as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout, before you complete your purchase.

5. 🔁 Exchanges & Returns

Something not quite right? No stress — you’ve got 15 days to sort it out!

You have 15 days from delivery date to request an exchange or return;
Exchanges are only for size changes of the same item;
Items must be unworn, with original tags and packaging — no used gear or tagless pieces, please;
Returns/exchanges should be sent to the address provided by TRATANTE® (we’ll send it once requested);
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer (unless it was our bad — then we’ve got you).

6. 👀 Responsibilities

We do our best to keep the site running smoothly, but:

We might take the site down for maintenance (with or without warning);
We’re not responsible for damage caused by misuse of the site or third-party services.

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Braga (our home turf).
